Using the tools

utilkits provides free online tools for PDFs, images, calculations, text, dates, SEO and development. You may use them for personal and commercial work. You are responsible for the files and content you process and for having the right to use them.

Results and advice

Tool results are provided for convenience. Calculators (including mortgage, loan, retirement, ROI and BMI calculators) give estimates based on the numbers you enter; they are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. Check important results before you rely on them, and keep your own copies of important files.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing plan.

API and ChatGPT app

API access is subject to the usage limits of your plan. Keep your API keys private. When you use utilkits through ChatGPT, these terms apply together with OpenAI's terms for ChatGPT.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use utilkits to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• process content you have no right to use, or content that exploits or harms others;
• use the redirect checker or other tools to probe, attack or overload systems you don't own;
• try to bypass usage limits, security measures or access controls;
• scrape or resell the service, or copy it to build a competing product;
• interfere with ads, other users, or the operation of the site.

Ads and third-party services

The free tools are supported by ads from Google and rely on services such as Supabase, Stripe and OpenRouter. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Our content

The utilkits site, design, code and branding belong to utilkits. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service. Content and files you process remain yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep utilkits available, but we may change, pause or discontinue tools or features at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

utilkits is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, utilkits is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using utilkits at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@utilkits.com. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site. Continuing to use utilkits after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
